I won’t buy a cheesecake anywhere else! Brianne is amazing! I love visiting her at the summer markets. She has talent! Her goods are delicious whether they are a simple pecan pie with a touch of bourbon or crazy black garlic cheesecake, what fun to try! Someday I’ll be walking into her shop and wait in line. Additionally, her prices are affordable. Thank you for sharing your talents!
For Thanksgiving dessert, I got Brie's fav Butterscotch White Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake plus the Butterkin Pie with Cinnamon Whipped Cream - EVERYONE raved about them & were SO GOOD! #Breezebakery
Absolutely delicious! I ordered velvet & chocolate peanut butter. Everyone had a favorite but they were both amazing! Definitely thicker than I expected. We had 20 people in our party & two was enough with a little extra. Brie went out of her way to help us get what we wanted and have it delivered. 10 out of 10!
Our family got a French silk pie and Caramel Apple cheesecake for Thanksgiving. First time for each of those but not first time buyers. Both desserts were decadent. Everyone commented how wonderful they were and wanted to know what I was bringing for Christmas!
Bree's specialty cheesecakes are the highlight of all of our holiday meals. We love her white chocolate raspberry cheesecake and for Thanksgiving this year we got the caramel apple cheesecake. She comes up with some very inventive flavors. Pickup is super slick at the Hoff Center in Council Bluffs...just call upon arrival and Bree brongs your order right out. We've been buying our holiday desserts from her since the beginning!
Breeze has the best baked goods hands down. The ingredients are of highest quality, supports local communities around them, and the flavors are phenomenal. I have never had a better cheesecake and you don't feel like crap after you eat it. You get the sweet without the heaviness or overly sweet. Needless to say, you know Brie has mastered this craft. I have also never been a pie fan but over the past year, Breeze opened my eyes and I have loved all of their pies to the point that they are now my primary orders. I also cannot end this review without giving a nod about the savory offerings and galettes that were introduced this last farmers market... Wowza! Did I mention flavor!?! I will get a pallet of those Elote Galettes if they get back on the menu so y'all better get those preorders in if you see this on the menu. Every time, I think I have an idea of what Brie does she provides another offering that breaks any chance of being pigeonholed. Also the pups very much approve of the vanilla bean whip cream.
I ordered the Butterkin Pie and the Cherry Cobbler Cheesecake for our family Thanksgiving, and both were so incredibly delicious! Multiple people commented on how the cheesecake was the best they’d ever had, and the pie was so deliciously homemade compared to other store-bought pumpkin pies we had done in the past. Ordering and picking up was super easy as well which I really appreciated during all of the holiday craziness. Breeze will definitely be our go-to bakery for pies and cheesecakes for future family gatherings!
Brie makes some of the best pies, cakes and pastries in the area. I’ve had numerous different selections, and they were all great! Even got a chocolate pie for thanksgiving. Try Breeze Bakery for your next dessert needs!
Breeze is my go to for delicious desserts either to share or when the sweet tooth hits! Her products are all amazing, high quality and unique! I especially love her brownies and cookies too! Can’t recommend Breeze enough when it comes to an amazing cheesecake, the s’mores and thin mint cheesecakes have my whole heart!
We ordered 2 brown butter candied pecan cheesecakes and 1 cherry cobbler cheesecake from Breeze for our 3 different Thanksgiving events. It was so nice to not have to prepare anything ourselves during this busy season. The cheesecakes were a hit among every gathering and although both flavors were delicious, the Cherry Cobbler was to die for! She even delivered to our house for a small fee which was so so convenient! We will be shouting Breeze from the rooftops and will definitely be ordering again.
